Every TNPVC-affiliated worker and contractor must meet our strict Council Workmanship Compliance protocols before being verified on our state-wide network. Our standards cover material handling, aesthetic finishing, and structural integrity of PVC/UPVC interiors.
Compliance Process
- Technical Verification: Assessment of physical skills, project history, and fabricator certifications.
- Reference Check: Mandatory verification of quality output from previous Tamil Nadu site completions.
- On-Site Monitoring: Random quality checks by TNPVC district inspectors for new council members.
- Feedback Loop: Direct homeowner ratings that influence a contractor's visibility and listing status.
Non-Compliance
Maintaining the reputation of the TNPVC Council is critical. Service providers who fail to meet site standards or receive recurring negative quality reports are subject to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the council registry.
File a Workmanship Complaint
If a project executed by a TNPVC-listed professional does not meet the promised council standards, homeowners can formally report the issue. Our project arbitration team will review the claim within 72 hours.
