TNPVC Council is committed to enforcing the highest level of physical safety at all project sites across Tamil Nadu. The well-being of our workers, site supervisors, and homeowners is our singular most important priority during any PVC or UPVC installation.
Safety Requirements
All TNPVC-affiliated projects must adhere to the following safety mandates:
- Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all labor.
- Pre-installation site hazard assessment by the supervisor.
- Certified electrical safety checks for all power tools used.
- Standardized scaffolding protocols for all elevated works.
- Secure handling and disposal of PVC scrap materials.
- Availability of a basic first-aid kit at every active project site.
Violation Consequences
Safety negligence is treated with zero tolerance. Workers or contractors found violating these protocols are subject to immediate work stoppage and potential exclusion from the TNPVC verified list. Safety integrity is key to our council's brand.
All site safety incidents must be reported to the council within 24 hours.
