Protected Assets
Unauthorized use of the following council assets is strictly prohibited:
- TNPVC Council name, logo, and brand identity
- Website architecture, source code, and curated text
- Proprietary project verification processes
- Database of verified contractors and workers
- Exclusive industry reports and newsletters
Filing a Complaint
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon within the TNPVC ecosystem, or if you suspect unauthorized use of TNPVC assets, please submit a formal notice. Our legal compliance team reviews all IPR inquiries to maintain platform integrity.
